Hey I’m Kiera! I have been a Personal Trainer for 4 years now and it’s the best decision I ever made. I love helping women reach their fitness goals and helping moms make their physical health a priority.

Gold $297 a month

Workout program based on your goals and experience with exercise, customized nutrition goals, access to daily communication with me during office hours, weekly check ins, and bi weekly zoom check in calls

Silver $197 a

month

Workout program based on goals and exercise experience. Customized nutrition goals. Daily communication with me during office hours, and weekly check ins.

Bronze $97 a

month

Workout program based on goals and exercise experience. Daily communication with me during office hours, and weekly check ins.

Group Program

BuiltByYOU

This a hybrid group/1 on 1 training program. You will get 6 workouts a week along with a customized nutrition goal. There will be weekly check ins through the app with bi weekly group coaching calls. Cost is 4 payments of $97. The program is 16 weeks long and our next round starts up July 21st! Sign ups will start July 1st! Spots will be limited and on a first come first serve basis!

KAfit Daily Lifts

Home and Gym Versions available. Each week there will be 4 strength training workouts, 2 cardio workouts, and 1 rest day. You will also get access to a community of other members to share progress with and cheer each other on!
